Polly my 2 1/2 yr old had coarse fur, the conditioner really soften it. She smells great, not overpowering. Shampoo cleans beautifully without being hard to get suds out of coat. Love the product. 👍

Love this product we purchased the pack and find it amazing. Luna smells so nice her fur is so soft and shiny and she doesn't seem to scratch as much as she was. The balm is the best we have ever used her nose and paws are so much softer. We will be buying this product again.
