Shipping policy

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, with orders typically being processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The cost of standard shipping in Australia is:

• FREE for orders $60 and over
• $11.95 for orders under $60
  

International shipping is not offered at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form at the top of the page and we will look into it for you.
